Selling your existing home

For most people, buying a Hebe home means selling a home they've lived in for years. At Hebe, we know this is often the most stressful part of moving — so we offer support to help you separate the two.

Support with marketing your home

We work with experienced local agents to help you plan timing, pricing and presentation — so your sale is well-positioned from the start.

Bridging and equity release

If you want to secure your Hebe home before your existing property sells, we can introduce you to trusted partners who offer bridging finance or equity release.

Part exchange

Hebe may offer to purchase your existing home directly, removing the chain entirely. This is offered selectively and at a fair, independently assessed valuation.

From reservation through to completion, you'll have a clear picture of what's happening and when.

You'll receive a structured timeline showing key milestones in the build, when personalisation decisions are due, what documents need signing and when, and when payments are expected. This is shared with you early — not revealed in stages.

If timelines shift, we'll tell you promptly and explain why. Our promise is simple: you will always know where things stand, without having to chase for updates.

Completion isn't the end of the relationship.

Every Hebe home comes with a comprehensive handover — a proper introduction to your home's systems and maintenance, so you feel confident from day one. We don't hand over the keys and disappear.

In the weeks and months after you move in, we remain available to answer questions about your home's systems, make sure everything is working as it should and address any snagging issues.

We also stay connected with the wider Hebe owner community — because building good homes in good places means caring about how they're lived in, not just how they're sold.
